MAKING MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE - EXERCISE

I HAVE DECIDED EACH MONTH I AM GOING TO SET MYSELF AN EXERCISE TIME GOAL AND TO HELP ME ACHEIVE THIS I AM GOING TO PUT ON A CALANDER EVERY MONTH WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO.

I WILL POST THIS ON HERE  AT THE START OF THE MONTH (AS WELL AS STICKING IT ON THE FRIDGE) AND THEN AGAIN AT THE END TO COMPARE.

ITS JUST A BASIC PLAN, IF I GET NEW EXERCISE DVD'S I MIGHT WANT TO FIT THESE IN, OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD I MIGHT DECIDE NOT TO GO RUNNING AND VICE VERSA BUT THE INTENTION IS THERE.
